Do you only place licensed engineers?
No. Licensed B1/B2 engineers are our core, but we also place mechanics, avionics and structures technicians, NDT, planners, quality and airworthiness staff, project engineers — and security personnel.
What does "vetted and validated" mean in practice?
Identity, right-to-work and background checks; a technical interview by someone from your discipline; reference validation with named supervisors; and verification of every licence and certificate with its issuer.
Who pays for travel and insurance?
We do. Life insurance, medical insurance, flights and rotation travel are provided on every contract, along with paid holidays and sick pay.
Can you support military personnel moving into civil aviation?
